Please enjoy the library while respecting the rights of others.
Guidelines

Children can be in the building unattended when they are able to follow library rules in a clear and consistent manner.

Food will be allowed in the library at library staff discretion. However, no food or drink will be allowed at the computers.

Theft of any item from the library is considered a crime and will be dealt with accordingly. If necessary, law enforcement will be contacted.

Vandalism of any kind to either the Library or Library property will not be tolerated and can be considered a crime. If necessary, law enforcement will be contacted.

Library property includes both the grounds and the building.

Unreasonable noise

Profane, obscene, or abusive language; racial or ethnic epithets.

Any harassment or intimidation of staff or customers.

Fighting, challenging someone to fight, or physical abuse or assault.

Displaying weapons of any kind.

Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Service Animals ONLY are allowed inside the building.

When the above behaviors are observed, Library staff may ask the patron to leave the premises. If behaviors persist, disciplinary action may be taken, up to and including the involvement of law enforcement as necessary.
